The username and password are case sensitive. Make sure cap locks is not on.

Some IE users have trouble signing in. If you are having trouble, go to your browser's Tools and select "Internet Options":

1. On the General tab, on the check for newer versions of stored pages - indicate "Every visit to the page"
2. On the privacy tab, make sure you are not blocking all cookies.
