Flexible Module.

You can use a flexible module to be a little more creative, but this does require a little more work on the webmaster's part!  In this case, I used a separate table for each coach so I could control the position of images:

Head Coach Fred This is Fred's first head coaching position. In the last 3 years, he has been an assistant coach at 8 different clubs. We are hopeful this will work out.

Assistant Coach Wil Speed Wil was an 8 and under swimmer. Fred talked him into this and we are hopeful this will work out!
