Basically, meets have dates, times, names or opponents and locations.  There are 9 types of attachments that you can select to include on a meet by meet basis, linked to either a verbal name or an icon (e.g., volunteer assignments, directions, R for results, heat sheets, etc.).  Meets can be included in the meets sign-up system so parents and/or swimmers can sign up, and meets can be automatically added to the calendar of the website (coming soon).

The Meets module has different layouts or renderings for different kinds of clubs.  The original OTB layout (still available) did not have titles on columns and had lines separated meets.  Here we illustrate the main additional types.

#1 Gray Title Bar Compact Format - Inspired by USA Meets, but useful to all kinds of clubs.  Title bar is gray and alternate meets have a light gray background.  Each day is presented on one line and the software will try to put all the attachment links on one line.

#2 Gray Title Bar  Expanded Format - This format is also inspired by USA meets.  In contrast to the compact format, this one shows any descriptions webmasters have added to the meet (e.g. when different age groups need to show up) and attachments are listed one per line.

#3 Bold Titles Compact Format - This format was inspired by colleges and universities.  Their meet schedule is usually very compact.  Headers are bold and the last column is labelled Results (although any attachment can be included).
